Vendor Policies – Trinity Lutz Markets
Thank you for choosing to be a part of the Trinity Lutz Markets. We are excited to have you join our community of artisans, makers, and creators. In order to maintain the high standards of our market and ensure a positive experience for both vendors and customers, please review our vendor policies carefully.
1. Handmade Items Only: At the Trinity Lutz Markets, we proudly feature handmade products. All items you sell must be 100% handmade by you, the vendor. We do not allow the sale of commercially manufactured goods, MLM (multi-level marketing) products, or resold items. All products must be original creations, crafted by you or your team.
2. No Commercial, MLM, or Resellers: To maintain the integrity of our market and support local artisans, we do not allow vendors who sell commercial, MLM, or reseller products. This includes but is not limited to items purchased from wholesale suppliers or products that are not handcrafted. Vendors found in violation of this policy will be asked to leave the event without a refund.
3. No Refunds Under Any Circumstances: Please note that there are no refunds under any circumstances once payment has been made for your booth space. We encourage you to carefully review your availability and commitment to the event before securing your spot.
4. Cancellations and Transfers
5. Set-Up and Tear-Down: Vendors are responsible for setting up and tearing down their own booths. Please ensure your booth is set up in a timely manner and ready for customers at least 30 minutes before the event opens. Tear-down is allowed only after the market has officially closed to the public. Early pack up will result in permanent termination of your participation in any of our events.
6. Booth Maintenance and Conduct: Vendors are expected to maintain a clean and professional booth space at all times. Please be courteous to fellow vendors and customers. Any disruptive behavior, failure to maintain the space, or violation of market policies may result in removal from the event without a refund.
7. Insurance and Liability: Vendors are responsible for their own insurance and are liable for their products and booth. Trinity Lutz Markets is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury that may occur during the event.
8. Market Management: The Trinity Lutz Markets reserves the right to refuse participation to any vendor who does not comply with these policies. We strive to create a welcoming, creative space for all vendors, but we ask for your cooperation to ensure a smooth experience for everyone.
By applying to be a vendor at the Trinity Lutz Markets, you agree to abide by these policies.
We look forward to having you at our next event!
